Mine Gold Ore from Kolskeggr Mine, due south of the Lover Stone near Markarth. Max just your Enchanting and Alchemy skills, and create the maximum-level enchantments and potions with the cycle above. Repeat, drinking the potions and wearing the clothes, until you hit the cap of 29% Fortify Alchemy enchantment for each item of clothing, and Fortify Enchanting potions of 32%.
